Comic Shop News catches up with Oklahoma artist
Midweek update: Check out Matt's article in this week's CSN
Artist Mario Wytch is featured in this week’s Comic Shop News in the “Bedside Reading” article. Pick up issue #1938 to find out what the artist of Keenspot’s “Sister Powers” has on his nightstand to read!
In “Sister Powers,” the coming-of-age tale of two superpowered sisters is the focus of Keenspot’s all-ages series. Faith and Charity have inherited special abilities from their mother, and their lives are turned upside down by the consequences.
“I wanted to create something that I would enjoy and that I could share with my children. When I was creating this concept, it was something I wanted to share with my daughter,” Wytch said when he appeared on the Keenspot virtual panel for Comic-Con: International 2020.
Additionally, there are the usual features, previews, and much more available at Speeding Bullet Comics, 614 N Porter Ave. in Norman, OK, or at your local comic book shop!
This is my first article to run in Comic Shop News, but not the last — several articles are scheduled for the coming weeks, so make a habit of getting the latest issue each week!
