New World Comic Con returns for its eighth year this Saturday (July 29) at the Oklahoma State Fair Park. The old-school, family-friendly convention offers opportunities to meet comic creators, actors and other creatives, and to dress in costume and take part in costume contests.

Comic book creators appearing at the show include the following:

From the world of television come Holly and Will from the 1970s children’s series “Land of the Lost.” Kathy Coleman and Wesley Eure are scheduled to sign autographs at the event.
Admission is $15. Kids tickets for those 6-10 years old are $5; children 5 and under are admitted free with adult admission.
