I'm not sure why there is a comment here I can't see... but thanks for checking out my top comics of the year! Dave, I agree -- Local Man hits on a lot of levels. It may not be for everyone, but I think it does a great job of taking the vibe of 1990s Image Comics, moving it forward, and using it as a metaphor for coming to terms with an unexpected future and the disappointment of lost potential.
